How Legacy Companies Evolve To Better Serve The Digital Customer

There was a time when digital transformation and IT transformation mostly meant the same thing to companies. The NBA today can quickly publish content and stats on social media and mobile apps. But being able to work with video at the pace of a fast break involved transforming the video workflow at an NBA facility in New Jersey. But that began to change a few years ago, and it’s now no longer the case. While IT infrastructure helps companies input, organize, deliver and secure information for their own employees, digital infrastructure now has more to do with how companies deliver information and services to customers.
